Dear Bozeman City Commission
As a homeowner in the city of Bozeman, we have used our property as an STR to supplement
our income as we approach retirement. We have planned and prepared to have this
additional income for our future. We strongly disagree with the proposed ordinance 2131 on
STR's. We also strongly disagree with a homeowner losing their personal right as to how they
use their property.
If STR's no longer exist in Bozeman, people wanting to vacation in Montana will stay
elsewhere, hence loss of income for local businesses, workers and the greater Bozeman
community.
