To Whom It May Concern, In the last several years many people have been affected in different ways because of the pandemic, and as a result financial hardships, and health issues. Although I understand thedifficulties the financial hardships have brought to many families, including my own, it seems there has been a huge influx of campers moving into, parking their vehicles, campers, alongwith other personal belongings, down the roads from residential living areas, and businesses, including my own. We have all been affected by these financial hardships, however I don't feel it gives the rightfor individuals to park their personal RV campers, cars, tents, junk, trash, workout equipment, BBQr's, etc alongside residential areas, around businesses, or public/private streets. Theseindividuals are literally lining 3 streets next to where I live, and I see them every single day. Trash bags, individuals working on their vehicles, parking their lawn chairs on the open fieldsnext to our complex, along with whatever they have brought with them. If my rent is going up every year, at large rates, and I am having to pay for the trash bags that get left behind when these campers leave, etc. how is it fare for anyone living in a home, paying increased amounts of property taxes, or renters cost of living continually going up each year, does not seem fair that these free for all campers are not paying any rent, or being fined. The campers and RVr's can't just be moved out of our area then finding themselves doing thesame thing somewhere else. This should not be allowed at all, anywhere. The campers should be find a large amount if they are still camping in places they should not be. They should beliving on lots that are specifically set aside for vacationers who visit, and who pay to rent spots, just like anyone should. If this is not taken under control, the same things we are seeing in Oregon and Washington, specifically Seattle, will happen here, and it will become more difficult for the local government to get these individuals to move, and to take control of the situation. If we do not teach these individuals the importance of being self-reliant, teaching thempractical skills, any children who sees this will think that living this way is ok, and having a free hand out for the rest of their lives is ok. I'm not saying we shouldn't help people who arestruggling, but part of that has to be teaching them how to be self-reliant, and how to get back up on their feet. I am requesting that my vote be to remove all RVr's, campers, that are parked in any public orprivate area, that is not meant for living. I do not want to see the streets of Montana, lined with campers making our streets and open fields their home. If I have to pay rent, pay taxes, etc. then every one of these individuals should be doing the same thing. Somehow the government needs to come together and see that the choices they have made over the years have caused some major issues, and now we are seeing the results of this. I don't want to see my tax dollars go to waste, and I refuse to support any government orperson who is dishonest in their dealings with man, and are in it just for themselves. Montana is such a beautiful state, and there are so many wonderful people here, let's not take away from what Montana is meant to be. Clear the streets, and bring back the beauty, and help guide these people to the right places, and teach them what self-reliance means, and provide them the tools necessary. Thank you for taking my vote and comments into strong consideration. Sincerely, Katy Randall Bozeman Montana Resident
