I am a STR owner within the city limits. My family and I live and work in Bozeman, also owning our primary home. I
purchased the STR with hard earned savings. It allows me to give my kids the best education possible. Transitioning
this house to a long term rental would not solve the housing problem. To match my mortgage and expenses costs,
monthly rent would still be higher than average rent.
