"Urban/homeless camping" is out of control, shouldn't be allowed, most can't/haven't moved in months and
resemble a junkyard not to mention the disgusting aspect of no water, holding tanks pumped out and just the
overall unsanitary factor of them all. ♀ The actual people camping because they're just here for the job, can't be in
an RV park because there isn't availability, aren't the issue although they should just be able to park at job sites, not
along the streets. Nip it before it's CA!
