Thank you for proposing and ordinance regarding urban camping. Camping should be restricted to campgrounds,
just like Bozeman hotels should be used and vacation rentals not allowed. There are good reasons to for this, and
we can see that camping on the streets at any time is not using the streets as they should be used- like for driving
and parking. If people are having a difficult time, we need to not enable them. They need to make good choices.
