I understand the high cost of housing in Bozeman as a Montana native resident. However, I believe our tax dollars
were not intended to support free temporary housing locations across the city limits. People with hardships should
be able to apply for a temporary permit and then have to meet certain conditions/criteria in order to renew the
permit. They also should pay some small fee to offset the maintanence and law enforcement costs for these
permits.
