As a concerned citizen and parent, I want to address the growing number of urban campers within city limits. Our
child's daycare center is very close to an area with many urban campers. The waste is a safety issue, plain and
simple. There is also no way to know if any individuals living there are registered sex offenders or would otherwise
be a threat to young children. Numerous campers, tents, and vehicles have permanently taken up residence nearby,
which has been a growing concern.
