live downtown near the Emerson lawn, and just heard about the upcoming vote on an ordinance that would require
urban campers to move their vehicles every 5 days. I'm very much in favor of this ordinance -- we're constantly
cleaning up garbage, broken glass, and other trash from long-term campers, as well as dealing with constant noise
and disruptions. I'd love to see some reasonable limits imposed on how lost people can post up in residential
neighborhoods without moving.
