Dear Commissioners,
Thank you for your efforts to reduce speed limits within the City. I am an avid commuting
cyclist and I appreciate it.
I will note (again, as I spoke before you several times last year) that drivers continue to run redlights and use their handheld devices while driving. I urge you to increase enforcement and
penalties. Thank you.
