A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
MONT ANA. AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION TO THE STATE
OF MONT ANA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE FOR COMMUNITY

DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT MONIES.
WHEREAS. the City of Bozeman is applying to the Montana Department of Commerce
for a Community Development Block Grant to assist in expansion of the Senior Center facility
to accommodate an adult care facility and wellness clinic; and
WHEREAS. the City of Bozeman has conducted at least two public hearings as part of
the application process to solicit and consider citizen comments on community development
needs and proposed activities to respond to them.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman.
Montana:
Section 1
That the City of Bozeman agrees to abide by all federal requirements as described in the
Community Development Block Grant Certifications for Application (Appendix B). ,
Section 2
That the City Manager of the City of Bozeman is authorized to submit this application
to the Montana Department of Commerce, on behalf of the City of Bozeman, to act on behalf
of the City of Bozeman in regard to this application and to provide such additional information
as may be required.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman. Montana, at
a regular session thereof held on the 30th day of May 1995.
