The COB Wetland Checklist now requires an extensive mitigation proposal for even minor impacts (<0.1 acre).
Mitigation on-site may not be feasible. Will the city by working towards a local mitigation bank where mitigation
credits can be purchased? Also, as the Wetland Checklist is currently written, all wetland impacts that require a
Army Corp Permit require COB mitigation. However, the COB wetland reviewers seem to pick and choose how this is
implemented. This leads to unpredictability.
