Hello,
My neighborhood was recently annexed into the Bozeman city limits. As you look to update sipped limits across the
city, may I ask you to kindly, consider the following.
1) reduce the speed limit next to the park on park Plaza rd to 15 mph. Children are often in the roadway and 25 mph
feels entirely too high for a residential street.
2) reduce the speed limit in both directions on Springhill rd (within the city limits) to 25 mph There has been a
dramatic increase in traffic and pedestrians and animals crossing the road are often ignored. Additionally, 6 deer
were hit within 20 yards of Springhill and park Plaza rd alone in the first quarter of 2023. Further, the current speed
of travel is so high, it is often difficult to safely turn out of the neighborhood and onto Springhill rd.
