I would like to request that Baxter Meadows Park on Baxter be added to the park speed limits.
Drivers come off the roundabout and immediately accelerate to 40+ mph. There is acrosswalk where kids are trying to get to the park or to school. Even when someone stops for
you to cross at the crosswalk the car behind will just drive around the car stopped.
