Great, attached is the high-efficiency rebate agreement template.
Has a site plan application been submitted for the project yet? If so whats the application number?
We’ll need to use the unit demand of 0.124 acre-feet per unit rather than the 0.059acre-feet per bedroom.

Here’s another CILWR estimate. This is the same owner as Block 3, they are interested in pursuing the rebate
program by using/specifying low-flow fixtures, etc.
