This whole “affordable housing” stuff is such a joke. It’s just an excuse for you legislators
to build suburbs on pristine farmland so you can get even more absurd property taxes.
My home was just valued $100k OVER what it’s worth. DOUBLING my taxes.
You want affordable housing? Fix the problems for your actual residents by lowering taxesand providing rent control versus destroying the land and open space that makes this
community special.
