Total parking spaces required is 27 spaces.The subdivision is a P.U.D and has allotted 25 spaces to this lot.We have provided additional 6 spaces on the lot.Total spaces provided is 31. Timeframe is to build as soon as we move through city approvals.Fall 2023 is the goal to break ground. There is no phasing of this project.Parkland is not required as subdivision was approved prior to 2005.
