Below Are my remarks: Hello My name is Jordan Mitchell and I am a policy manager for Airbnb. I will limit mycomments this evening to the ordinance that is in front of you. Airbnb would like to thank the City of Bozeman for their openness to work with us during this process. Our priority has been to work with lawmakers on rules that simultaneously addresscommunity concerns, and protect the economic benefits of home sharing for homeowners and local communities that rely on tourism. We will continue to assist the City of Bozeman in their efforts to promote compliance andwill continue to work with local leaders on issues important to the community. We are supportive of the recent changes in the ordinance and we look forward to collaborating with city officials over the coming weeks.
