The overall project is proposing to subdivide 95 acres in development lots in a number of phases. This Preliminary Plat consists of Phase 1 of the project. This plat will divide the land north of Kagy (including Kagy Right-of-Way) into 5 development lots, 1 park lot and 1 remainder lot (future Phases). The City of Bozeman Code requires us to provide a copy of the subdivision plat to all relevant utility companies for comment and confirmation that services are available to the project.
