Subject: Aaker Neighborhood Preliminary Plat
Dennis,
Attached is the Preliminary Plat for the Aaker neighborhood located on the south side of Bozeman, just
north of Stuck Road and west of South 19th Avenue. The overall project is proposing to subdivide 95
acres in development lots in a number of phases. This Preliminary Plat consists of Phase 1 of the project.
This plat will divide the land north of Kagy (including Kagy Right-of-Way) into 5 development lots, 1 park
lot and 1 remainder lot (future Phases). The City of Bozeman Code requires us to provide a copy of the
subdivision plat to all relevant utility companies for comment and confirmation that services are
available to the project. Please review the attached and let us know if you are able to provide service or
if you have any questions or concerns.

Yes, Lumen/CenturyLink has both fiber optic and copper based facilities within the vicinity of phase 1 and phase 2 of
Aaker subdivision. If you want to bring our service into the development let me know and I’ll get you in touch with the
Account Manager who would work out an agreement with the development owner.
