Looking back at the Phase 3 plat, parkland was given equivalent to 6 du/acre. Your project would owe the
balance up to 6 du/acre for the new units/net lot area as Cash-in-lieu.

Were you ever able to find anything out about this lot and any previously dedicated park land? As stated below, a
previous submittal stated that the subdivision already dedicated adequate parkland. I am just hoping to find out exactly
how much was allocated to this lot so that we can determine how much additional parkland is needed as we move
forward.

The first buildings were constructed around 2008. In the file under Schwartz Condominiums Z-07040, it states that
parkland was previously dedicated with Phase 3 of Cattail Creek Subdivision and no additional parkland was required.

That submittal was for 41 units. I attached the first page of the staff report and the page that states that "The parkland
dedication for this proposal has been satisfied during the review of the Cattail Creek Subdivision. A public park is
located to the northwest of the site." I just want to verify that this is still the City's perspective.

We'll get back to you within the next few days. Nothing showed on the (internal only) mapping layer of
CILP paid but that is only reliable for more recent site plans, which is why it's not a publicly available
layer. We may have a blanket statement for how we've handled CILP in Ca ail different phases.

I don't, I requested everything from the City Clerk over a month ago but have not received anything back. I miss the
days where they let me grab a box from the file room and look through it....
Looking through old aerials, it looks like there was one building constructed as recent as 2012, but a
previous building that was constructed prior to 2009.

Do you have a way to look up historic cash in lieu of parkland for a site plan? The project is the Urban Villa
Condos on Lot 3A , Block 2, Ph3 of the Amended Cattail Creek Subdivision (J-415-A). There were 16 units
previously constructed, but the approved plan showed a full build-out of 41 units. I am looking to see if any of the
Cattail Creek Park Land was utilized for the existing 16 units or if any cash in lieu of parkland was paid.
