Previously purchased right credit per Griffin Nielsen email = 12.106 ac-ft
Therefore, no additional CIL is required.
Irrigation will be completed using the existing onsite well and the associated existing onsite
water right 41H-30044488.

A CILWR payment was made with the Ca ail Creek Ph3 subdivision at rate 4.927AF/Acre for the RO zoning. With a lot area of approximately 2.457acres
Lot 3A would have a CILWR credit of 12.106AF. based on a cursory review I don’t see that a determina on was provided for the exis ng 16 units within
the first phase (Planning App. No. Z-07040). For preliminary purposes we’ll use your numbers below.
Original CILWR Credit = 12.106 AF
Exis ng Demand for 16 units (not including irriga on) = 1.984 AF
Proposed Addi onal Demand for 25 Units (not including irriga on) = 3.10 AF
Preliminary Remaining Credit (not including irriga on) 12.106 AF – (1.984 + 3.10) AF = 7.022 AF Remaining
We can finalize the determina on once the project has received adequacy and you have the irriga on demand from your LA.

Can you verify that the CIL of water rights have been paid for the full buildout of Urban Villa Condos on Lot 3A, Block 2, Phase 3 of the Amended Plat ofCattail Creek Subdivision (J-415A).
The Master Site Plan included 41 total multi-family residential units, 16 of which have already been constructed.
Total: 41 Multi-Family Units: 41 x 0.124 = 5.084 acre-feet
