Site Plan Review Comments
Re: 22368 Enterprise Rental Addition SP
Stormwater Management Plan and Runoff Reduction
Genesis Engineering has completed a simple grading plan for the proposed modification to the
existing Enterprise Building. As part of this process, we have also made a comparison of the of the
grassed or pervious area for the pre and post Enterprise Revision and have found that the revision,
as proposed, will convert 832 sqft of existing impervious aera into grassed and xeris‐scaped areas
that will allow for greater infiltration of stormwater and a reduction in the overall stormwater
runoff leaving the site.
The proposed building revision into an established, imperviously covered site will not have a
significant area of disturbed, erodible soil. However, all best management practices regarding
erosion control will still be implemented through the standard SWPPP process.
The result of these above‐mentioned factors is that no stormwater impact associated with the
proposed revision will require any additional mitigation or storage. Typical storm water
management practices for the site are listed on Civil Sheet C‐3.
