STORM EASEMENT AND AGREEMENT
This Easement and Agreement is establishedthis SO day of 7 ,2017,by
Joseph Billion,of the J&D Family Limited Partnershipon behalfof Lot R-1 of the J&D Family
Subdivision.
RECITALS:
WHEREAS,J&D Family Limited Partnershipistherecord owner ("Owner")of Lot R-1 of the
J&D Family Major Subdivision;and
WHEREAS,the Owner of Lot R-1 of the J&D Family Major Subdivisionhas determined thatit
isintheirbestintereststo establisha storm easement forthe benefitof Lot 2,Block 1 of the J&D
Family Major Subdivision;
NOW,THEREFORE,an easement fora storm water ishereby established.The legaldescription
forsaideasement isas follows:See Exhibit"A"
THAT thisstorm easement shallbe a perpetualeasement and shallbe superiorto and paramount
tothe rightsof any of the subsequent owners of saidpropertiesand therespectiveservientestates
so created.The Owners furtherstatethatthiseasement isa covenant thatshallrun with theland,
and shallbe forthe benefitof and inureto the Owners,theirsuccessorsand assigns,theiragents,
employees,tenants,and guestsof tenants,and shallburden theirrespectiveparcels,perpetually.
The Owner has executed thisstorm water easement and agreement on the day and year first
writtenabove.
