Ross,
In our meeting we spoke with Alisha Paz-Solis with Bozeman City Engineering and we
discussed possible moving 2 sewer Main alignments. The new alignments make more
sense from a flow standpoint and service connection standpoint, but due to the narrow
width between buildings it created an issue with the Minimum Easement width.
Attached are 3 pdf documents for review with some general measurements. I am
wondering if this makes more sense and would be allowed.
1. Sheet Labeled C3-1 is what we currently have designed and it shows the areas we
are looking at as having issues with the Easement width.
2. Sheet Labeled EX-1 is what we think would be a better alignment if we can get
around the 30 easement requirement and only need 26 feet between buildings.
3. Sheet Labeled EX-2 is what we think would be a better alignment to minimize long
services. If we can get around the 30 foot easement requirement and only need a bit
over 28 feet.
