STOP and CONSIDER before responding, clicking on links, or opening attachments. Hi Sandy, Thank you for your time on Friday to review the mailing strategy for 2695 Tschache Lane new development. As discussed, the design team will move forward with including a mail/package room per Flat Building (three buildings, 98 units each). See snippet below for the highlighted buildings in blue. The Rowhomes (46 units) and Single Units (3 units) mail/package room will be designated at the Clubhouse building. Regarding USPS requirement for the mailrooms, we’ll make sure to coordinate access during business hours along with the pass key or the arrow key in lieu of pass codes. We’ll take a look at the Florence mailboxes as well. It will be great if you can follow up with the other approved manufacturers you mentioned in the call. I tried to contact the number listed below but no response. City of Bozeman requested to include the denoted mail delivery areas as part of the Site Plan Review application. We’re hoping to include any feedback from you before we resubmit. Please let me know if you need any additional information to review the development plans shared with you last week. Please find attached exhibit showcasing locations of buildings on the development master plan. As well as locations of designated mail and package rooms. Flat 1,2, & 3 are multifamily apartment buildings housing 98 units each. Each of the three buildings has a designated mail and package rooms as part of the lobby configuration. The Rowhomes are smaller buildings laid out as quads (group of 4 units). I’ve also attached a preview of the project narrative for your reference. Development total units (343): (x3) 4-story Residential Flats (98 units each) – Designated mail & package rooms directly accessible from the street level. (x1) Amenity Clubhouse – Designated mail & package room directly accessible from the street level. (x11) Row Home quads (4 units each) and one duplex (2 units) (x3) Single Units with garage parking We’re proposing to deliver mail directly to each Flat building. For the Rowhomes & Single units, we’d like to discuss either delivering directly to those or deliver to the mail room designated in the clubhouse building. Wyatt Hatch came by today and went over the purposed plans for the new development. We discussed the plans for the mail rooms in each building. I mentioned to Wyatt that I would reach out to you for a copy of the blueprints on the development so we could consider what he purposed. If you could send me a copy of the plans, plot maps and any information that would further explain what your plan would be, it would be greatly appreciated. I have listed my contact information at the bottom of this letter. Once we have received the plans, we will look at them and get back to you with our decision.
