The property is currently being used for agriculture. The property is zoned R-1, Residential
Low-Density District. A zone map amendment has been submitted to the city to re-zone the
property and surrounding properties to R-2 (Residential Moderate Density District) with a
dedicated parkland area to be rezoned to PLI (Public Land Institutions). The developer
wishes to subdivide the land into 104 lots. Single family residential dwellings will be
constructed on the lots.
