Adam,
Based on your trip generation numbers we will grant a TIS waiver. Please include the waiver request in your submittal
though so we can have it documented in PDOX. I’m working with Lance to figure out the fire hydrant certification
letter and as built with benchmark.
Another thing we’ll want with this submittal is a memo with estimated water (max demand plus fireflows) and sewer
usage that is stamped.

Hi Suzanne,
Thank you for meeting yesterday for the pre-application meeting on this project. We had briefly discussed traffic and
you mentioned where is a possible waiver available for the traffic study. Is this something you are able to provide prior
to our Site Plan submittal? I want to make certain we are not missing anything for this submittal that would deem it
inadequate and delay the review. I have attached a very quick ITE Trip generation calc using the General Office Building
land use. I also used a 10,000 SF building (5,000 per floor & 2 floors) which is a conservative assumption since the usable
business office space in the building does not quite add up to this much square footage.
