According to bozeman.net, "[irrigation] restrictions are permanently in effect as of June 16th, 2022 on a go-forward
basis, every year, regardless of season and apply to all irrigation systems connected to city water for irrigation." If
Gallatin Co. is drought prone, wouldn't it make sense to require rain sensors on irrigation tied into city water
sources? As June '23 has shown, Bozeman has received ample rain yet irrigation is wastefully blasting all over town
throughout these weather patterns.
