The site plan 22047 has several flaws that need to be addressed by the City of Bozeman. My main concern is the
size of the two buildings that require , at minimum, 68 parking spaces. This site plan only shows 41 which will have
a detrimental affect on our neighborhoods. Also, Sundance Springs subdivision has not approved a connecting trail
to this site. This plan should not be approved as it is now proposed and the City of Bozeman needs to protect the
integrity of Sundance Springs .
