Hello!
I'd like to encourage the City Commission to approve the Parks Division's 2024 Cash-in-lieu of
Parkland budget proposal which includes the funding for Bozeman Pond Park's new beach
volleyball courts and repairs to the literacy walk. We've been involved in the volleyball
community here in Bozeman for many years, and Bozeman desperately needs more courts
centrally located. The Glen Lake Park courts are overused to the point local clubs can't get
practice time - new courts would alleviate the pressure there and also provide a more family
friendly environment for student athletes.
We are 30 year Bozeman natives and very much appreciate all the City Commission has to
deal with on a daily basis. Please consider approving this Parkland budget proposal ASAP!
