The new payment system you have for paying utility bills online-is not as user friendly as the previous system. I also
don't like the extra fees you are adding on to process a payment. If I wrote a check and mailed it in, someone would
have to open the letter, process the payment, and then to go to the bank or make the deposit. Seems like it costs
more in labor to send in a paper check than it does to process it electronically.
