Brian,
I am working on a re-use / remodel to 401 East Peach – formerly Audrey’s Pizza. The existing building is being
remodeled into an office space for an interior designer. A second level (3) bedroom living unit is being added. Concept
review “submittal” drawings are attached for review. The drawings show two commercial lease spaces on the main
level- there will only be one lease space.
One of the comments from concept review is to obtain a determination on CIL for water rights…….
Let me know what if anything needs to be done with this property.
