James,Thank you for the public comment. It has been received and is in the public record available
for all reviewers, applicant and decision makers.
At this point, the connection to Ivan Drive is proposed to have an emergency vehicle accessonly gate, so it is not proposed to be used for daily trips and through traffic. As to the snow
storage, if the snow storage has been using the private property to the south, that is no longeran option and sounds like something else will need to be coordinated.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,

Hi Lynn, My name is James, I own a townhome on Ivan drive. I wanted to write you in order to voicemy concern regarding the use of Ivan drive as an entrance to the north 3rd apartments. Myconcern is that our community and drive was not designed to withstand through traffic. Aftermeasuring the Ivan drive, we only have 22-24 feet of road, which I believe is not enough tihandle two way traffic and deliveries going to Ivan residents. Additionally, with the newapartments going in, we will no longer be able to push our snow into the field, which meanssnow will pile up along ivan drive and further decrease our usable road width. Please considernot using Ivan drive as an entrance to the north 3rd apartments, it would significantly changeour quiet little neighborhood. James 406 589 4522
