To whom it may concern,
I am writing out of concern for the city camping that is taking place along the road by
Bozeman Pond Park. After speaking with Bozeman Police I understand that the city is doingnothing to stop this behavior. I was also informed that the city is not enforcing the72 hour
parking limit along the street that every other tax paying citizen in bozeman is expected tofollow. The explanation given was that since the person is living out of their car it is
considered a place of residence and the parking limit is not enforced. if it is a place ofresidence then where is the fee or tax associated with living in the city? More importantly, I
would like to know how the city is tracking the location of registered sex offenders that areliving in our community, next to parks and elementary schools.
