Water Technical Assistance: Communities can request no-cost directWaterTA to evaluate their drinking water, wastewater, stormwaterinfrastructure, and water quality improvement needs. EPA's WaterTAprograms offer a wide range of services, including:
· Identifying water infrastructure or water quality improvement needs
· Planning for capital improvements
· Building technical, managerial, and financial capacity
· Preparing for and developing application materials for financing a project
through the SRFs or other EPA-supported funding opportunities

Introduction to Water System Partnerships Workshop: Water system
partnerships encompass a range of opportunities for water systems to worktogether to sustainably provide water services. Partnerships offer solutionsto unique challenges facing small systems and help increase technical,managerial, and financial (TMF) capacity. During this webinar, EPA willintroduce you to the Water System Partnerships Workshop. This interactiveworkshop brings together a targeted audience to discuss water systemchallenges, learn about TMF capacity solutions through water systempartnerships, and provide a foundation for informed decision making onpartnerships projects.

Water Finance Clearinghouse: Water Finance Clearinghouse is a databaseof financial assistance sources available to fund a variety of watershedprotection projects. Clearinghouse includes two searchable databases: onecontains available funding sources for water infrastructure and the secondcontains resources, such as reports, weblinks, webinars etc. on financingmechanisms and approaches that can help communities access capital tomeet their water infrastructure needs.

Competition Process: As part of a 3 session webinar series, this webinar is
intended to help grant applicants learn how to find and successfully apply forcompetitive EPA grants. EPA will also provide an overview of the competitionprocess from application through evaluation and selection.

Subawards and Subrecipients process: The 2nd training in the webinarseries. This training is intended for EPA grant applicants and recipients thatplan to use EPA funding to provide grants to other entities through“subawards.” This type of EPA grant recipient is considered a pass-throughentity because the goal of the grant is to further award EPA funds. Thistraining will focus on oversight responsibilities of EPA pass-through entities,federal regulations that govern pass-through entities and the recipients ofsubawards, and EPA’s specific requirements for subrecipients
