Missing materials will deem the submittal inadequate. In order to properly review the preconstruction submittal package and coordinate with other departments, please submit at least ONE WEEK in advance of the meeting. REQUIRED SUBMITTAL REQUIRED DATE COMMENTS ACQUIRED Approved Plans&Specifications: • City of Bozeman(COB) X 3-10-2023 • Montana Department of Approval letters and hardcopies of Environmental Quality X NOT ACQUIRED (MDEQ) approved plans&specifications shall be submitted. • Montana Department of Transportation(MDOT) Dedicated Easements X EXISTING ROW A hardcopy of the recorded easement must be submitted** Abandoned Easements NA A hardcopy of the recorded easement must be submitted** Shop/Fabrication Drawings MODS Shop/Fabrication Drawings shall bear Engineer's proval when submitted. Traffic Control Plan NA Submit with Street Cut,Utility or Encroachment Permit Application Electronic Plans on Thumbdrive NA (.dwg and.PDF) Copy of Contractor's Bonds Bonds shall be in effect until 2 yrs after the Payment Bond TBD y TBD date of final completion and acceptance by Performance Bond the City.
