I have not seen any follow up from the city commission on how the urban caming situation is
going to be handled and if laws will be adjusted to empower the police force to act to helpbozeman residents. People continue to show up to live on the streets and it is only a matter of
time until this starts to affect more residential neighborhoods.
I understand there is a clean up effort in the works to try and provide some temporary relief inwhat we deal with daily and that is very much appreciated! This will help but we also need a
long term solution to help people in need without relying on existing residents and businessesto be the front line. The clean up efforts are needed to get the streets back into working order
but it will also only chase people around and they will likely return or more people will showup if we don't find viable locations for people to park or live.
We would really like to see some law adjustments or longer term solutions put in place to help
keep our city to the standards that we all love.
