Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Seriously! You want to allow a 24/7 C-Store and 12 bay gas station in my backyard whenthere are 4 within a mile and 2 within a half mile. Can you imagine my view? Is the intent to destroy the standard of living even more here in Bozeman? This is a very nice quiet neighborhood area where people living here do not want or need the added noise, traffic or the additional light pollution this operation would cause. This is exactly the type of business that is not suitable for this tract. I can't see that there is enough room on Davis just past the intersection for cars or trucksturning into or out of this location. This will cause a major impact on traffic in this intersection and will lead to a greater possibility for accidents. Even though the entry/exit on Baxter willbe further from the intersection it will still impact traffic on Baxter as cars are regularly backed up all the way to Windward Ave waiting on the light. I should also note that traffic onBaxter has increased steadily since Baxter was updated a few years ago and will only get more so with all the new developments going on further west. I am very adamantly against this request and hope you as our city commission will also see that this is not the right use of this property.
