Hello,
As a homeowner in the West Winds Subdivision, I am writing to strongly oppose Application
#22039. We are happy to live in a single-family home district, and love our neighborhood.
Our two year old daughter watches by the window every weekday to see the school childrenwalk or ride their bikes to their schools and/or bus stops. We have already witnessed too many
cars and too much traffic on Davis (right behind our house) that threaten the safety ofour neighbors. Approving this special use permit would only create more traffic, and more
dangerous situations for our young children in Bozeman.
Furthermore, we already have a handful of gas stations within a one-mile radius of our home,including Costco, two Town Pumps, and Smiths. I would love to support a small business
going into that space instead of yet another gas station.
Please ensure that Bozeman stays safe for our children, and say no to this special use permitfor a gas station that will yield more traffic, more noise, more congestion, and large trucks
coming into and out of that intersection that poses a threat to our neighborhood.
