Box 1230 Bozeman, MT 59771-1230 We are hereby exercising our right to oppose the rezoning from R1 to R2 of a parcel of land apx 48.3 acres located south of Arnold and Graf street on the west side of S. 11th Ave and a portion east of S. 11th Ave, also known as Jarrett Zone Map Amendment 23047. When my wife and I purchased our home located at 1415 Brookdale Drive 59715 in 2019 we did so with the understanding and belief that the parcel abuting our backyard would remain zoned R1, had we been told the zoning would change we would have negotiated our purchase price accordingly or not at all. Mallory Wieland & Jeff Wieland are the sole owners of the property located at 1415 Brookdale Drive, Bozeman MT 59715.
