I am interested in Bozeman developing affordable housing, however, I believe the
number of units proposed for this location is excessive. I'm very concerned about the
traffic impact more than 200 new units would have on the adjacent Nth 3rd street.
The only access to this complex, and it's likely 300+ vehicles, would be on a 2 blocksection of Nth 3rd. That is excessive and would drastically and negatively impact the
existing neighborhood. Even a complex half this size would have a significant
negative impact on living in the neighborhood.
Additionally, what is the proposal for unit vehicle parking with this application?
I am against this application due to the number of units with this limited access to the
property.
