Application 22375. North 3rd Apartment development. The plans indicate using Ivan as an exit for this development
with a “projected “ 50 cars moving through a day. There is close to a ninety degree angle on Ivan with townhomes
within feet on both sides. This is a huge safety concern for all….speed, sharp turn, people walking, more traffic than
anticipated, impaired drivers, and more. I urge you to reconsider not using Ivan for an entrance of any kind to this
highly dense development.
