Please DENY the special permit for B-2 zoning addition for a 12-bay gas station and 24-hour thrift
store at the corner of Davis and Baxter.
This is a single family residential neighborhood, with many children riding bikes around this corner.
The area is already very busy, and we would rather have the city push new development closer to
19th St. The noise and light pollution would be very disruptive to the families that live in the area.
