Dear City Commission:
I understand that you are looking at Homeowners' Associations. I'm assuming that means youare looking at their bylaws & declarations or covenants. I'm hoping you will look carefully at
the abuse of power exerted by HOA boards & how that affects homeowners.This issue has become very apparent in my HOA, and it affects several families where I live.
