Good morning,
This morning a staff member that works in our Garden Center came to me to express concern for
her safety, as well as the other employees that work out there.
The Garden Center is not attached to our store and is directly across 11th Avenue from where the
campers are parked. There is one individual that we have had several incidents with that required
BPD being called. Most recently he entered the Garden Center before it was open (reaching down
and pulling open the entrance door.) This man is always carrying a sidearm or a rifle, and it is
apparent that he is mentally unstable.
Our concern is for the safety of our employees and that they deserve to have a safe working
environment. This is a dangerous situation and it needs to be addressed.

Again, this is a safety issue that needs immediate attention.
