Good afternoon,
I am a business owner at Modulus at 602 W Hemlock. We are currently not able to have
clients visit our office due to the urban camping situation on our street. There are additionalcampers that have popped up, and the permanent nature of having harassment, drug
trafficking, violence, and theft outside our front door is a major distraction to operating abusiness in Bozeman. The activity level amongst the group across the street has picked up as
the weather warms up, and there have been multiple threats to individuals in our office thisweek, both on our property and in the alley pulling out of our office.
Beyond that, we have concern for the safety of our employees on a daily basis. The
commission needs to take this issue more seriously and provide Bozeman PD & the city withthe resources and ability to address this issue.
