COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3088
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
MONT ANA. SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REPORT AND
RECOMMENDATIONS SUBMITTED BY THE CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISING
AD HOC COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission did, on the 28th day of March 1994, appoint an ad
hoc committee to review cable television franchising options and forward its recommendations
to the City Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, on the 23rd day of October 1995, received the final
report and recommendations from the ad hoc committee regarding cable television franchising
options; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that it would be appropriate to conduct
a public hearing on the ad hoc committee's report and recommendations.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana:
Section 1
A public hearing on the report and recommendations prepared by the ad hoc committee
regarding cable television franchising is set for 7:00 p.m. on Monday. November 27, 1995.
before the City Commission in the Commission Room, City Hall. 411 East Main Street. Bozeman.
Montana.
Section 2
The Clerk of the Commission is authorized and directed to publish notices of the public
hearing in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman. Montana. at
a regular session thereof held on the 6th day of November 1995.

NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission will conduct a public hearing
at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 27, 1995, in the Commission Room, City Hall, 411
East Main Street. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input on the
report and recommendations from the cable television franchising ad hoc committee
concerning cable television franchising.
Copies of the committee's report are available in the office of the Clerk of the
Commission in City Hall, 411 East Main Street, or you may call 582-2320 during regular
business hours.
Any interested parties are invited to submit written testimony or attend the public
hearing and provide testimony in support of or in opposition to the committee's
recommendations.
