It has been received and included in the record. All reviewers, the applicant and decision makers will have access to review the comment. On another note, I forwarded your comment to the Parks Department who let me know they are planning on increasing the ‘yappie’ hours at the dog park you referenced. They didn’t have an exact timeframe but mentioned 6 months to a year. Thanks again Lynn Hyde | Development Review Planner, Community DevelopmentCity of Bozeman | 20 East Olive St. | P.O. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. This is a comment in reference to Application 22375, North 3rd Apartments. I am a homeowner in the neighborhood (N 5th Ave). I broadly support the project, as moreaffordable housing is needed, and the proximity to downtown and the Streamline route makethis a good location. The current proposal includes a pedestrian easement towards the north end of the property. Anadditional pedestrian easement on the south side of the buildings would be helpful to maintainthe continuity of the neighborhood to the east and west of the new development. Related to the impact of this project on park and open space available in the neighborhood, itwould be helpful if the off-leash dog hours at Centennial Park (located ~1block to the east ofthe project) could be expanded to include mid-day and after-work hours. -Kelsey Clark
