J.1 00:03:34 Preservation Month Discussion
Planner Rosenberg presented an update on the Preservation Month planning efforts. Preservation
Awards have been scheduled and other events such as a tour with Extreme History, a landscape tour
around Cooper Park, or an event at the Gallatin History Museum were discussed. Different options for

the planning, content, and marketing of each event were presented. Additional special meetings may be
held to support Preservation Month planning.
Jacey Anderson announced that she will be leaving the board May 1st.

J.2 00:51:47 Fred Willson Project
A grant has been secured for surveying and contracted work will begin in May 2023. The tentative
schedule of the active phase of the project was discussed. Board members may present snippets of their
research at future meetings. The project must be completed by May of 2024.
