H.1 00:05:02 Updating the Development Code presentation from Director of
Community Development, Anna Bentley
Community Development Director Anna Bentley introduced herself and provided an overview of zoning,
growth policies, and development review in Bozeman as they relate to the UDC update. Online
resources, City Commission work sessions, and upcoming topics were reviewed. Zone edge transitions
were highlighted and discussed in greater detail.

J.1 00:44:59 Preservation Month 2023 Work Session
Planner Rosenberg provided an update on the city's progress in securing a contractor, who may be
involved with Preservation Month 2023. Preliminary planning for events such as historic landscape
tours, organizations to contact, the number of events, specific topics, and combining historic
preservation month events with other events in Bozeman took place. The board discussed distribution
of tasks.

involvement and engagement strategies took place.
