This one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a flush front entry
over a concrete stoop. The windows are 1/1 double-hung. The frame construction
is covered with man-made clapboard and shingles in the gable ends. The structure
sits on a concrete foundation and the gable roof is covered with blue asphalt
shingles. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular
to the street. Outbuildings include a wood-sided garage.
